The Commission of the Port of Skagit County will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
The purpose of the special meeting is:
1. ADMIN: Ratify Earnest Money Agreement for Real Estate Purchase (Dahlstedt Property) (2024) – Adopt Resolution No. 24-_____
2. ADMIN: Ratify Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement (2024) – Adopt Resolution No. 24-_____
3. Consideration of Commission Vacancy
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION: (1) To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (b).
