The Pacific Northwest Waterways Association has spent more than 75 years successfully advocating for federal funding of our region’s navigation projects and public policy to improve the economic efficiency and environmental sustainability of the Pacific Northwest.
The NW Innovation Resource Center (NWIRC) assists entrepreneurs and inventors from throughout Skagit County create the strategies they need to evaluate their ideas and obtain the resources they need to bring the ideas to life. They work with the Port of Skagit to develop resources in Skagit County that will aid the entrepreneur along the path from idea to reality.
