Port of Skagit purchased 123 acres in 2018 for a new industrial park on Bayview Ridge that will focus primarily on value-added agriculture, including light manufacturing and processing facilities—Watershed Business Park.
The Port is seeking partners in industries related to value-added agriculture, whether they are local businesses or looking to locate here.
Occupancy at the neighboring Bayview Business Park is consistently at 100%, making the need for more manufacturing, storage, and processing facilities a high priority. The expansion of the Port’s industrial land base with the Watershed Business Park will enable the Port to create more good jobs in the future, continue to provide strong support to our local economy and keep the value of local agriculture in the community.
