License and Site Content

We grant you a limited license to use the site. This license includes site features such as, for example only, sign up for email notifications. This license also includes the right to download documents, images, and graphics we make available for download.

No Children

Some of our products may not be appropriate for people under 18 years old. However, if you are under 13, you should not be using this site at all. If you are under 18, you should only be purchasing with the help of a parent or guardian.

We may make available an opportunity for you to provide feedback or request information about the Port or its activities through our online inquiry and Public Records request forms.
