Overview
In 2018, the Port of Skagit purchased 123 acres of developable land off of Peterson Road on Bayview Ridge in Burlington. The goal for this property is the expansion of our value-added agriculture sector, in support and growth of the local agricultural industry: its growers, producers, researchers, innovators and farms.
The Watershed Business Park is located near the Bayview Business Park and Skagit Regional Airport which are also owned and operated by the Port of Skagit. This strategic location provides convenient access to I-5 and Highway 20, and overlooks the picturesque valley that is home to one of the most productive growing regions in the world.
Currently, the Watershed Business Park is undeveloped, waiting for the right partner, vision and business plan to move forward.
The Port of Skagit promises excellence in public service and leadership within a business landscape that inspires success and enhances the quality of life in Skagit County, and we see immense potential at the Watershed Business Park for job creation and positive economic contributions for our community.
