Small Works Roster
The Port of Skagit encourages local companies to pursue business opportunities with us. Contractors who are registered on the Port’s Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit job proposals for contracts in the amount of $350,000.00 or less (RCW 53.08.120).
Applicants for the roster, where required by law, must be properly licensed or registered to perform work in the State of Washington.
The Port of Skagit contracts with MRSC Roster Services to maintain our rosters. To be eligible to work on Port of Skagit small public works projects, contractors will need to apply for the Port of Skagit roster at www.mrscrosters.org and select Port of Skagit in your application. You may upload your Statement of Qualifications at the time of registration. Consultant Services Roster
The Port of Skagit contracts with architects, engineers and other professional consultants to do various tasks and projects. We solicit for these services in accordance with RCW 39.80 for architects and engineers, and in accordance with RCW 53.19 for other services.
The Port of Skagit contracts with MRSC Roster Services to maintain our rosters. To be eligible to provide professional or personal services for small Port of Skagit projects, consultants will need to apply for the Port of Skagit roster at www.mrscrosters.org and select Port of Skagit in your application. You may upload your Statement of Qualifications at the time of registration.
