Special Meeting–Executive Session

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port Commission of the Port of Skagit County will participate in a special meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 9:00am.
The meeting will take place at the Port of Skagit Hearing Room, located at 15400 Airport Drive, Burlington, WA.
The purpose of the special meeting is:
To hold an executive session – to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency, litigation, or potential litigation RCW 42.30.110(i).
