February 17, 2026: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on behalf of the President of the Port Commission and pursuant to RCW 53.20.010, a public hearing will be held at a regular commission meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the port office, located in the Administration Building at Skagit Regional Airport, 15400 Airport Drive, Burlington, Washington 98233.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input regarding the adoption of an updated and revised Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements. All interested people are invited to attend and provide comment.
