Managing Stormwater Facilities: Workshop

The Skagit Conservation District and Port of Skagit are jointly hosting a FREE online workshop to assist Skagit County neighborhood associations, business owners and property owners who are responsible for maintaining a stormwater detention pond or other stormwater drainage system in their neighborhood.
