Commission Special Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port Commission of the Port of Skagit County will hold a special meeting on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held online video/telephone conference. There will be no in-person meeting location for this meeting.
The remote-only meeting is occurring as a result of Skagit County and the State of Washington’s declared emergencies for the flooding.

The purpose of the special meeting is to:
1. Public Comment
2. Authorize Condemnation and Approve Acquisition of Property (2025); Adopt Resolution
