Friends for the Ghost
Friends for the Ghost, led by the husband-and-wife duo Wes and Carly Jones, delivers a unique blend of Americana, Folk, and Rock. Their heartfelt vocal harmonies, tastefully crafted violin and guitar accompaniments, and occasional bursts of rocking electric guitar define their signature sound. Their original tunes embody the spirit of the Pacific Northwest—a region known for rugged beauty, introspection, and artistic expression. Friends for the Ghost is a must-listen for anyone seeking authentic and soul-stirring music.

Benny Sidelinger
The lights dim, and the room fades. The banjo begins to hum, then sing, then rip. Benny’s voice rings out, there is distance in that voice, and you can hear the miles and miles of road, vibrating like smooth highways passing under weary tires.
Benny Sidelinger has appeared on countless albums and seems to have been everywhere, played with everyone. We are so fortunate to add SWIFT Center to that growing list of venues and performances that has garnered him a dedicated following for his incredible talent.

About the SWIFT Center: The SWIFT Center (Sedro-Woolley Innovation for Tomorrow) is located on the former Northern State Hospital campus. The hospital, built in 1912, was a self-sustained community with its own farm, creamery, shop, powerhouse and more—a modern marvel with more than 2,500 residents (staff and patients) at its peak. The hospital closed in 1973 and the grounds were closed off to the public. Today, the Port of Skagit owns and operates the property, and has worked to restore public access to designated outdoor areas of the property for the community to enjoy. Music in the Park @ SWIFT is our first ever summer concert on the property and we are excited to host our community for this fun, family-friendly event.
