April 14 & 15, 2026: NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port Commission of the Port of Skagit County will participate in two special meetings on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 8:30am to 4:00 pm and Wednesday, April 15, 2026 from 8:30am to 4pm. The meetings will be at the La Conner Civic Garden Club, located at 622 S. 2nd Street, La Conner, WA.

The purpose of the special meetings is the Board of Commissioners Annual Retreat. Tuesday, April 14, 2026 – (1) Introductions; (2) Port Finance Workshop; (3) 2025 Retreat Review & Progress (4) 2025 Port Finance Review; (5) Bond Process Review/Market Update; (6) Review of Strategic Priorities; (7) Town of La Conner Update; (8) WSU Breadlab Update; (9) Swinomish Indian Tribal Community Presentation; (10) Adjournment.

Wednesday, April 15, 2026– (1) Welcome; (2) Mavrik Update; (3) Marina Project Review (4) Financial Forecasting and Plan of Finance (5) Discussion (6) Commissioner Guidance; (7) Wrap-up/Debrief; (8) Adjournment.

April 14, 2026: NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on behalf of the President of the Port Commission of the Port of Skagit, that the regular business meeting of the Board of Commissioners, Port of Skagit, preciously scheduled for Tuesday April 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM is hereby canceled.
