DESCRIPTION:NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on behalf of the President of the Port Commission and pursuant to RCW 53.20.010\, a public hearing will be held November 8\, 2022\, at 2:00 p.m. \n  \nThe purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input regarding the adoption of an updated and revised Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements.  All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment. \n  \nIn addition\, the preliminary budget of the Port of Skagit for fiscal year 2023 will be placed on file Friday\, November 4\, 2022\, at the Port office\, located in the Administration Building at Skagit Regional Airport\, 15400 Airport Drive\, Burlington\, Washington 98233. Copies may be obtained on or after November 4\, 2022. \n  \nThe Port Commission will conduct a public hearing on the 2023 preliminary budget at its regular commission meeting on November 8\, 2022\, at 2:00 p.m.  Following the public hearing\, the Port Commission expects to fix and adopt the final budget for the Port of Skagit for fiscal year 2023. \n  \n
