DESCRIPTION:Pursuant to RCW 53.35.020\, the preliminary budget of the Port of Skagit for fiscal year 2026 has been prepared and has been placed on file Friday\, October 24\, 2025\, at the Port office\, located in the Administration Building at Skagit Regional Airport\, 15400 Airport Drive\, Burlington\, Washington 98233. A copy can also be obtained on the Port of Skagit website www.portofskagit.com. \n  \nThe Port Commission will conduct a public hearing on the 2026 preliminary budget at a special commission meeting on Thursday\, November 6\, 2025\, at 2:00 p.m.\, to be held in the Hearing Room at the Port’s Administration Building.  Following the public hearing\, the Port Commission expects to fix and adopt the final budget for the Port of Skagit for fiscal year 2026. \nAt this same time and location\, the Port Commission will conduct a public hearing on the adoption of an updated and revised Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements. \nAll interested people are invited to attend and provide comment. \n

DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS \n  \nThe Port of Skagit Commission will hold two Public Hearings on November 12\, 2024: \n  \n1.   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on behalf of the President of the Port Commission and pursuant to RCW 53.20.010\, a public hearing will be held November 12\, 2024\, at 2:00 p.m. \nThe purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input regarding the adoption of an updated and revised Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment. \n  \n  \n2.    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on behalf of the President of the Port Commission and pursuant to RCW 53.35.020\, the preliminary budget of the Port of Skagit for fiscal year 2025 will be placed on file Friday\, November 1\, 2024\, at the port office\, located in the Administration Building at Skagit Regional Airport\, 15400 Airport Drive\, Burlington\, Washington 98233. Copies may be obtained on or after November 1\, 2024.  A copy can also be obtained on the Port of Skagit website www.portofskagit.com. \nThe Port Commission will conduct a public hearing on the 2025 preliminary budget at its regular commission meeting on November 12\, 2024\, at 2:00 p.m.  Following the public hearing\, the Port Commission expects to fix and adopt the final budget for the Port of Skagit for fiscal year 2025. \n
